"The garden is South facing so the house is flooded with light all day. In fact you can watch the sun rise from the Juliet balcony and then set above the front garden! The loft is spacious and feels like a hidden space away from the children. The combi boiler means we never run out of hot water and we love putting on the gas fire in the winter and curling up on the sofa with the shutters closed. It's a very cosy house on a friendly road. There was even a residents' street party here last summer!
