"During our time here we have loved the quiet street and the friendly neighbours. We have also found the location ideal being walking distance from both Sydenham and Lower Sydenham stations, with the large Sainsburys also nearby. With regards to the house itself, we have enjoyed the light bright rooms and entertaining guests in the large reception room. It's a shame we have to leave the area, but hope the new owners enjoy it as much as we have!
