"We love having breakfast in our spacious kitchen flooded by sun light. We really like being in the middle of 2 high streets with lots of shops cafes and restaurants. Penge has a buzzing community and we enjoy being part of it. Also being so close to the train station without being disturbed by the noise is amazing as you can't really miss your train. Last but not least we love walking through Crystal Palace Park with our little girl. Its really nice to have such a wonderful green space on your doorstep.
