"I remember the first day l viewed this house almost 12 years ago. It was love at first sight and l am still very much in love with my house as it served it's purpose for us as a family. I like many aspect of the house but what l like the most is the rear view from the peak of the hill. It is such a lovely view and l always look in that direction every morning as it is a start to a positive day. The rear garden is a good size and not over looked and which is also an advantage. The road itself is a cul-de-sac which is nice and quiet. The only reason for selling our home is our family are emigrating to another country. Whoever buys this house will certainly enjoy living here. My family and l will always hold fond memories of this property. We love it so much.
