"This has been a wonderful home for us and an ideal place to start our family. We fell in love with it when we first saw it because of the sunny kitchen/diner and large open-plan living space downstairs, and this hasn't lost any of its charm. We have renovated the house over the past couple of years, including installing a new kitchen and bathroom which we adore. The garden is great for relaxing and entertaining and gets a lot of sun. The street is quiet and friendly and we have lovely neighbours. We are close to local parks and schools, and there are several easy commutes into central London. Sydenham high street, with its shops, cafés and restaurants (including an excellent Italian), is conveniently just a few minutes away. We will really miss it here!
