We Love Local

We love our local area. It’s a special place with soul and a real sense of community. We are lucky to have so many fantastic local projects and events and we’re proud to lend our support.We have been the primary supporters of the Sydenham Arts Festival since its inception in 2009, the Sydenham Artist Trail, the Penge Festival and the Sydenham International Music Festival to name but a few. We are also proud to support many of our fabulous local schools including St. Michaels, Adamsrill and St. Bartholomew’s.

We're very egg-cited to take part in the Penge Easter Trail 2019!

On Saturday 20th of April, the Penge Tourist Board, in association with the Penge Traders Association will be running an Easter Trail on and around the High Street.

The event will involve children collecting dinosaur egg stickers from participating shops and trading the stickers in at the end for a chocolate egg.

There will also be a disco for the children in the last venue, the Bridge House.

PropertyWorld is delighted to participate once again and we hope to see you and your little ones. We'll be well stocked with chocolate so make sure you pop by on your way to the disco!

Yesterday Penge High Street was treated to another fabulous day of music, food, beer, craft, dance & so much more, all as part of Penge Day.

This wonderful annual event showcases the amazing talent and community spirit SE20 locals love so much, and we are very proud to support it. Our team had a wonderful day and we look forward to discovering what 2019 has in store!

We were lucky enough to see loads of your local little ones pop by our Penge office on Saturday afternoon for Penge Tourist Board's fabulous annual event. The rain held off and chocolate treats were everywhere - it was wonderful to see so many little smiling faces, serving as another reminder that we really do have the best community!
