My tenant has just renewed her tenancy for the fourth year. The property is managed by the wonderful efficient staff at PropertyWorld in Sydenham which makes letting it stress free. The renewal was handled by Sarah who contacted me in advance to remind me that the tenancy was coming to an end and then she handled everything for the renewal. As a busy professional, it is reassuring to know that PropertyWorld is looking after my property on my behalf.
