"We have loved this wonderful Victorian house with its many original features. The Large rooms are great for entertaining and the garden has different areas for playtime and for relaxation; it is ideal for families. The master bedroom has masses of storage and has always been a comfortable and quiet place to sleep. The wide hallways give plenty of room for children to play whilst the kitchen overlooks the garden allowing supervision of the children while preparing meals. We will miss this quiet road with friendly and considerate neighbours. A few minutes' walk brings you to Elmers End station (for London and Croydon), a large supermarket, some fantastic restaurants and cafés and excellent schools. The time has come to seek a new home in the country but the house awaits a new family who will make it their home
