The downstairs is open and sociable and the upstairs feels incredibly spacious and the eaves ceilings give it a relaxed and cosy feel. The one-way street also means we hardly ever hear passing traffic which has been great. In terms of location it is ideal, so close to 2 stations, 3 parks and the high street is thriving. We really enjoy The Greyhound Pub, Cobbs Corner Cafe, Ignition Brewery and Kirkdale Bookshop in particular
