'When buying the flat we were immediately sold on the large living room, it's an excellent square space that can be moulded to what you need. We found the transition from living here as a couple, to having the flat accommodate a child really easy with the space on offer. It's definitely a versatile home with the 2nd bedroom previously used as a work space.
Being on the 3rd floor is great as we have no-one above us and being at the back of the building, the views are fantastic - especially on bonfire night! The neighbours in the block are friendly, we had a WhatsApp during lockdown for example, and people are always happy to take packages when you're out. The flat is extremely well situated for travel - buses into Central London stop at the end of the road and we're a short walk from several train stations. We love the area which has lots of great pubs and excellent local places to eat. On top of that we're walking distance from Crystal Palace and Beckenham that also have great places to eat/drink and also have cinemas. There are lots of amazing green spaces close to the flat e.g. Kelsey Park, Crystal Palace Park, Cator Park and Beckenham Place Park.
