A superb two bedroom end of terrace house with PRIVATE GARAGE, NO CHAIN & OFF STREET PARKING FOR 2 CARS offered to the sales market by Propertyworld. In need of some general updating, the property is located in a rare and rather wonderful MEWS DEVELOPMENT in Forest Hill, the house benefits from a quiet but convenient location. The house is spacious in our opinion, with lots of nicely laid out living space and an extra wide garden that is a real gem. Offered CHAIN FREE, the house has scope for both a side and rear extension (subject to the correct permissions and certification) and as such is rare. The details include: there is a super lounge with solid oak flooring and painted in neutral tones to rear with double doors leading to the fabulous rear garden, the kitchen is modern and fitted and includes a range of wall and base units, integrated hob and oven, tiled splashback, white goods and window to front, on the first floor there are two DOUBLE BEDROOMS, a family bathroom and loft. The other benefits are the GARAGE and the beautiful walled garden. A special property that will not be available for long. To view this property, please call Propertyworld on 020 8659 1005

'This house has been a haven with many happy memories. Arriving home each time, we left the hustle and bustle of London behind just by walking into the tranquil Mews. We loved being the last house so no one walked past and the house is not overlooked. Yet I could arrive at my work desk in Waterloo in 45 mins, or walk to the shops and restaurants in Forest Hill. The open plan dining and sitting area was great for entertaining guests, or in good weather we had barbecues in the garden. The parking spaces were such a boon when we had family visiting. We started running whilst living here and enjoyed training for a marathon in the beautiful Dulwich, Greenwich and Crystal Palace parks nearby'.
