Our Vendor Loves...
'We love the outlook from our kitchen and living room as we look out onto the lawn and surrounding trees which gives the flat a lovely feel. There is the wonderful bonus of being able to listen to the dawn chorus (if we're up early enough!). We love being only 2 minutes' walk from beautiful Crystal Palace Park with its Sunday artisan food market AND the Bridge House pub with its lovely garden. Both Penge and Sydenham have an array of really great restaurants and shops. The nearest Overground is only 4 minutes away, but we are in walking distance of 4 stations. There are also plenty of buses, so we've always found it easy to get where we need to go. We have enjoyed the friendly atmosphere in our block and have appreciated the quietness of our next-door neighbours. As we are at the back of the property, the noise from the road is much reduced. We've been here quite a long while and have found it to be a very happy home.'
