Propertyworld is proud to offer this well presented, one bedroom purpose built flat to the sales market. FANTASTIC VALUE FOR MONEY, the property is situated on the first floor, the property forms part of a modern development on the borders of Anerley, with Crystal Palace close-by too. Ideally located for all local amenities and the centre of Penge itself, the flat is also perfectly positioned for FOUR MAINLINE RAIL STATIONS available at Anerley, Penge East / West and Birkbeck thus making for easy commuting into town. In our opinion this property is offered to the market in what we consider to be fabulous order. The details include: impressive open plan lounge with neutral decor, and an abundance of natural light from the many windows. There's a modern fitted kitchen open-plan, but yet with feel of separation from lounge - great for entertaining. The bathroom provides a crisp white, three piece suite and a window for plenty of natural light and air. The flat further benefits from: WELL MAINTAINED COMMUNAL HALLWAYS, entry phone security, NO ONWARD CHAIN and parking made easy - having an allocated parking bay! In our opinion, this property would make a fabulous first time buy or investment opportunity. To view, please call Propertyworld on 0208 659 1005 to book your appointment.
Our Vendor loves....
'I loved the bright, sunny living room where you can curl up on the sofa with a cup of tea. The neighbours in the block were really friendly and there was a great sense of community. I really appreciated the excellent transport links especially into Victoria from Penge East, and Anerley station is close by. Crystal Palace Park was a favourite with me, with its dinosaur statues and lake, and the views of London from Crystal Palace are spectacular. I appreciated the convenience of Sainsburys, Homebase, and Penge High Street which are all within easy walking distance'.
