'I loved the bright, sunny living room where you can curl up on the sofa with a cup of tea. The neighbours in the block were really friendly and there was a great sense of community. I really appreciated the excellent transport links especially into Victoria from Penge East, and Anerley station is close by. Crystal Palace Park was a favourite with me, with its dinosaur statues and lake, and the views of London from Crystal Palace are spectacular. I appreciated the convenience of Sainsburys, Homebase, and Penge High Street which are all within easy walking distance'.
