Propertyworld is pleased to offer this gorgeous Modern build three bedroom house, to the sales market Located in a well known and prestigious private development, the property is beautifully positioned for THREE mainline stations as well as the ever popular Crystal Palace Park. Bright and airy immediately upon entrance, this home has been lovingly maintained by the current owners and is deceptively spacious. The details include: A large lounge, set with sophisticated shades of grey on the walls, complimented with contrasting wood floors, flow gently through to the rear reception area - perfect for dining, and gorgeous centred patio doors opening out onto an attractive (in our opinion) rear garden. The kitchen is of a modern spec, fitted with a range of glossy white units, and granite effect worktops - just by the dining area. Upstairs, sits three spacious bedrooms, with the smallest one measuring just under 8ft. The bathroom has been recently re-fitted to a simple, but stunning monochrome fashion with carefully thought of contrasting flooring. This is a low maintenance, practical but beautiful home and viewing is essential to appreciate the true value of this home. Additional benefits include an additional guest w/c to the ground floor, front garden and allocated parking for 2 cars.

Our Vendor loves......
'From the moment we stepped in this house 8 years we have loved this house and the location. A few minutes walk and we are in Crystal Palace Park, but also close to the station when we have to travel to work. Amazing train links and views out of the windows are great, with lots of trees and when the Sun is out and the doors are open, we can even hear faint noises of the farm animals from Crystal Palace Park Farm'.
EPCs tell you how energy efficient a building is and give it a rating from A (very efficient) to G (inefficient). EPCs let the person who will use the building know how costly it will be to heat and light, and what its carbon dioxide emissions are likely to be.
