'We have loved living here as our first home. It's so peaceful, surrounded by trees and in a very small block set back from a quiet, wide road with plenty of free parking. The private garden straight off the kitchen has been fantastic both winter and summer, when having friends round, for dinner outdoors and even for hanging out the washing! Sitting on the deck with a cup of tea on a bright morning really is lovely and you aren't overlooked at all. The whole place is light and airy in the summer and cosy in the winter. There is a strong community feel in this area and we've enjoyed many of the local events over the years (weekly farmers' markets, artists' open houses etc.) The location is great - a short walk to Sydenham station and the shops, Crystal Palace Park and Wells Park. We love popping out to Crystal Palace triangle, Forest Hill, the Horniman Gardens and the many great pubs, breweries, independent shops and restaurants found locally'.
