Our Vendor loves........
'We have loved living in Penge for the last six years. It's a lovely quiet street, well cared for with a great community feel. Transport links are fantastic with numerous buses and boasting two stations with direct trains to London Bridge in 20mins from Anerley or to London Victoria from Penge East. We have enjoyed exploring the wonderful parks and surrounding green areas including Crystal Palace, Beckenham Place Park and South Norwood Country Park. There are also several quirky tap rooms and lovely local restaurants all a short stroll away. We have been very happy in our flat and hope the new owners will enjoy it as much'!
EPCs tell you how energy efficient a building is and give it a rating from A (very efficient) to G (inefficient). EPCs let the person who will use the building know how costly it will be to heat and light, and what its carbon dioxide emissions are likely to be.
