'This home was ideal for us as first-time buyers and for when our daughter arrived. The close is peaceful and feels safe and friendly: everyone knows each other. The rear garden backs onto Betts Park which gives it a secluded feeling, and in summer we enjoy having the living room doors wide open. Inside, the layout is well designed and suits itself well to family life.
It's within easy walking distance of both Anerley and Crystal Palace stations, and we have enjoyed living near to Crystal Palace Park, the Triangle, and South Norwood Lake'.
