'When I first saw this flat 7 years ago, I loved its high ceilings, unique period charm and beautiful lounge fireplace. Since then, each room has had some form of renovation whilst retaining its Victorian character. Additionally, underfloor insulation has been fitted for added warmth, making it a very cosy flat for all times of the year. It's wonderful when the suns rays enter through the lounge windows in the morning and then into both back bedrooms in the late afternoon. Visitors have always commented how relaxing and homely the flat has been to stay in. Its location has been fantastic, ideally placed and equidistant from both Wells Park and Crystal Palace Park, as well as a short stroll from the hidden gem of Sydenham Hill woods.
