'We love the peace and quiet in the flat and the green outlook at the back. The dual aspect sitting room gives us lots of light and brightens our day. Our own parking spot is highly valued too.
It is brilliant to be able to just pop over the road for everyday essentials or for a coffee and sometimes breakfast at the weekend.
Beckenham is just around the corner with its many restaurants and bars and we like The Elm Tree pub at Elmers End.
And if we fancy somewhere different Crystal Palace is pretty close with it's lively atmosphere and beautiful park.
