'We have loved living in our home. The massive rooms and large private garden (a lockdown saviour!) are the envies of many of our friends. Winter is very cosy with our log burner and heated floor. Also, the street is really friendly and a pleasure to live on. It's very easy to go anywhere in central London from our very convenient Sydenham and Penge East stations. If you drive: the place has off-street parking too. Throw in the great parks, pubs and restaurants nearby... We will miss living here.'
