Propertyworld is delighted to present this stunning four bedroom, two bathroom end of terrace house with private garage arranged over three floors in the prestigious Dulwich Estate, located on the cusp of Sydenham Hill wood and nature reserve. Family homes in the particular location are rarely on the market for sale; testament to their enduring popularity owners rarely want to move! This house is end of terrace, the ideal spot, benefitting from a gorgeous leafy outlook and incredible views across London. The current owners have lovingly upgraded the house since buying from Propertyworld in 2012. The results are impressive. The house is bright, airy, and bursting with natural sunlight. All of which is amplified by the large windows throughout the house and the floor to ceiling patio doors and windows that run the full width of the reception room. Seeing is believing. In total there is over 1400 square feet of living space. There are numerous stand out features but the reception room that measures almost 21ft x 17ft takes some beating. The space is impressive and ensures there is ample room for a large dining and entertaining area as well as plenty of space for several sofas to unwind. This is the hub of the house and will be where you will spend much of your time. Views of mature trees and of Crystal Palace and beyond are spectacular, made even more impressive by the sliding patio floor to ceiling doors and windows. To the rear is a low maintenance private garden, surrounded by large swaths of communal gardens; perfect for children (and adults!) to play. The kitchen, off the reception, is a sleek white handless affair with modern fitted units, solid wooden work top and integrated appliances. Finally, a down stairs W.C is located close to the house entrance. On the first floor you will find three bedrooms; two generous doubles, one single bedroom or useful home office. The family bathroom which was also recently upgraded is on the first floor too. On the second floor is the main suite, a spacious double with ensuite and lots of clever storage options maximising the space in the eves. The views on the top floor are breath taking. There is a also a separate garage en- bloc.
The house is within the sought after Dulwich Estate and Sydenham Hill conservation area. Dulwich and Crystal Palace are both a short stroll away with their vast array of high end restaurants, gastropubs and boutique independent shops. And of course, we mustn't forget Crystal Palace Park, arguably London's finest park, and a mere stones throw away. With plenty of transport options nearby too this really has it all. Understandable we are anticipating significant demand so please contact Propertyworld asap to secure one of our limited viewing slots.

'When we came across this house in our last move, we were immediately taken by the countryside feel of the local area. The house itself is bright and spacious, whilst the setting is quiet, with great views, surrounded by greenery and wildlife. We have never tired of the beautiful sunsets. There is a wonderful sense of community among the neighbours and the children love to explore and play in the extensive communal gardens. There are also many parks and green spaces nearby, including Sydenham Hill wood where we have taken many strolls, followed by a refreshing drink in The Woodhouse pub just a 2 minute walk away.'
