'We have lived here for 8 years and have turned it into a lovely family home. It has tonnes of space and has been a fantastic space for entertaining. We love how easy it is to get into central London (Victoria or London Bridge) or North and East London now with the East London Line. Penge has been a brilliant place to bring up our children, and we love St Johns school. I would be never live anywhere else in London but we are moving away to be close to family'.
