'This was our first family home for us and our daughters. We have loved every minute here and have many fond memories. We are very proud of our home, especially the storage which is real bonus. This flat is very easy living space thanks to split level. The block is very quite and the neighbours are so friendly - a real community feel! The location is brilliant - Betts Park with pre- school is only 5 mins away and Crystal Palace Park is within walking distance too. We are also very well connected by rail and bus, as well as having other rail stations nearby too. The block is surrounded by trees and many green spaces and we never hear any noises from streets below. We will miss this area and the flat but we hope it will be great home for another family.'
