Propertyworld is delighted to bring to market this stunning, two double bedroom, mid terrace, modern house set within an exclusive gated Mews. This gorgeous house is beautifully presented, having been lovingly upgraded by the current owner, with great attention to detail, passion, and care. The results are impressive. The Mews location brings incredible tranquillity, seclusion, and security. Despite its location, when sat with a chilled drink in the private garden, the only sound you will hear will be the gentle hum of bird song. The accommodation is bright and welcoming with an abundance of natural sunlight. On the ground floor you will find a beautiful fully fitted Habitat kitchen, with light grey fitted wall and base units, integrated hob, oven, and dishwasher. The kitchen has been designed to maximise the space with smart storage solutions aplenty. The distinctive splashback adds colour and contrasts beautifully with the kitchen suite. The reception room to the rear is bathed in sunlight from lunchtime onwards, facing out onto the pretty West facing garden. Upstairs you will find two double bedrooms and a generous, contemporary bathroom. There is also ample storage as well as a loft. The property comes with its own private parking space too.
Location wise you can easily access West Norwood, with its fast trains into London, and its array of boutique independent shops, cafes, restaurants, and gastropubs. There are several excellent schools close by too. Why consider flats when, for comparable money, you can get your own house, without service charges or lease complications, and your own garden in a prestigious gated Mews?
Our Vendor loves........
"Because I still needed to commute daily to central London to get to work, I chose this house based on its location, its easy access to the multiple buses on the high road linking directly to Brixton tube station and the convenient railway stations. Nearby local shops and supermarkets are also very handy. I like the fact that the house is very private without over looking neighbour's windows into the living room and the garden. If at first my focus was mainly on refurbishing the place to make it homely, I quickly realised and appreciated how tranquil, quiet and secure this Mews was. The gated entrance really brings peace of mind, preventing from any kind of intruders through an unattended opened window or a burglary while away. Being tucked away from the traffic noise is also very relaxing.
The neighbours here like it peaceful, clean, safe and pretty. This Mews is definitely a little oasis in a big city"
