We have had many happy memories living in our family home. It is a light and airy house with spacious living rooms and bedrooms. Because the garden is south-facing, it is sunny most of the day making it a great place for summer barbeques.
The location and convenience that this house offers are what we will miss the most.
Not only is it based within a secluded cul-de-sac, it is also minutes away from Lower Sydenham station which has excellent transport links into central London, the Bell Green Retail Park and few bustops away from Sydenham high street. It has proved to be very convenient commuting into London for work as well as for local meals out in nearby Forest Hill and Crystal Palace.
