Initially we fell in love with the flat because of its location (sandwiched perfectly between Penge East and Penge West station) and so close to Crystal Palace Park. Having a private garden has been a real joy, BBQ’s in the summer and space to socialise and grow fruit and veg. However for us the studio space has been life-changing. It’s allowed me to more seriously pursue my pottery and Guy to start a new career. The space is large, light and bright, which feels like such a privilege in London
