Property Description

Propertyworld is proud to act as sole agents on this stunning four bedroom period property located on arguably Sydenham's best road. This gorgeous family house is spacious, with generous room sizes throughout, beautifully proportioned accommodation over three floors and is flooded in light. The house is a wonderful blend of period detail / charm and modern materials and design. The details include: the entrance hallway is welcoming and beautifully presented with a dado rail and neutral decor - it really sets the tone for the house. To the front there is a stunning lounge with a beautiful bay window, feature fireplace and surround plus high ceilings. The kitchen / diner is located to the rear of the house with views into the pretty back garden. It is a light and airy room with an extensive range of high gloss wall and base units, black granite worktop, integrated spotlights, stainless steel inset sink, plus period fireplace and space for a large dining room table and chairs. From the kitchen there is direct access into the attractive summer room / conservatory. On the first floor - there are three bedrooms - all in keeping with the style of the house and all beautifully presented - plus a lovely family bathroom. The top floor loft conversion has been finished to a very high standard and includes a large master bedroom, en suite shower room and extensive eaves storage. The rear garden is pretty and amply sized with a real sense of privacy. The garden is a mixture of a mature lawn to centre and extensive plants / shrubbery to side and rear. This is a special house, located on a special road, offered in outstanding condition. Be quick to view. Call Propertyworld on 0208 488 0011 to book your appointment.

"There are many things we love about living here, such as our proximity to the High Street. We are far enough away for it to be peaceful and quiet, but near enough to be in among all the amenities within a 1-minute walk. We're also close to three railway stations on different lines, giving easy access both to Central London and the countryside.

This has been a wonderful home for raising our family and entertaining our friends and family which we will really miss. We particularly love the garden which has lots of different spaces to use, is remarkably peaceful, and where you can relax to birds singing (we even have a resident owl). And the master bedroom is a calming oasis with no overlooking neighbours, and views of the trees and allotments beyond. There is a lovely sense of community on the street as well, with the annual street party a real highlight."
